Returns and Exchange Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase then we're not happy, and that goes for the LIFETIME of VENM products!

We work with our customers to make sure your purchase is a positive one.  Store credit will be issued to any product return within 60 days, unless a refund is requested.  Any return or exchange after 90 days issues wearer a store credit. Full refunds within the 60 days apply as long as none of the below conditions are met, otherwise a store credit is issued:  

  • Jewelry that have no special engraving, or wearables can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information to the VENM headquarters. This package must be certified and the cost of postage will be included in the refund or store credit as long as the receipt is emailed to info at Venm dot co. 
  • You can't return custom-designed merchandise or any personalized engraved merchandise for a refund, only store credit.

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to VENM, please follow these steps (they're also emailed to clients).

  • Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.
  • Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
  • Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price, and email to us at info at VENM dot co. 
  • Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
  • We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.


VENM isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
